How to Clean Up Paste Stains on the Rug

Paste is one item which is always really useful in the home. First, try to extract as much of the spilled paste on your rug as quickly as possible. Use a paper towel to blot the spilled paste on your rug. Do this as carefully as you can since you don’t want the paste to spread to other areas of the rug.

You will need a clean empty container, a cup of warm water and a teaspoon of non-bleach laundry detergent for this. Apply the cleaning solution you have made onto the affected area of the rug and then leave it there for a couple of minutes. Then use a clean white cloth to slowly blot the ugly paste stain on your rug until it is completely gone. This could take some time but just keep at it until your rug is stain-free once again.
